An auto accident may adversely effect your insurance
rates and thus it is imperative that you make the
correct choices. Depending on the type of accident,
a court appearance may be required. Having an attorney
by your side in court may help you understand the
process and result in a favorable verdict. |

Even simple accidents can have a large
impact on your life. You may be entitled to compensation
for missed work, medical bills or injuries that result in pain or disability. All personal
injury & wrongful death cases are accepted on
a contingency basis- meaning, if we don’t collect money on your behalf, we don’t charge
you a penny. Simply put- if we don’t win, we don’t
get paid.
Florida is a comparative-fault state, which means
that if you partially contributed to an accident,
you could potentially still have a case
against the main at fault party. Meaning, you may
be able to obtain compensation even though you were
partially at fault for the accident. |
