Our law firm has been handling Florida traffic law cases for the past 8 years. All of our attorneys
are graduates from accredited law schools and are licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
Our lawyers concentrate a significant portion of their practice to defending traffic infractions,
criminal traffic charges, and accident-related cases. We have handled over 3500 traffic in
Alachua County/Gainesville, criminal traffic, and accident cases in 20 Florida counties.
An auto accident may adversely effect your insurance rates and thus it is imperative that you
make the correct choices. Depending on the type of accident, a court appearance may be
required. Having an attorney by your side in court may help you understand the process and
result in a favorable verdict.
A traffic citation/ticket is a citation issued by a law enforcement officer for a traffic violation. If your citation/ticket has a court date and time listed on the bottom and a box checked which says “Criminal Violation Court Appearance Required*,” that is likely a criminal traffic citation.
* Note: Not all citation/tickets with mandatory court dates are criminal. An attorney can assist you in making that distinction and ensure that you proceed appropriately for your case.
